Print Shop Assistant

To provide retail support to our busy Cardiff city centre print centre. First point of contact for clients taking briefs & customer orders face to face, over the phone and by email. Scan & photocopy documents, document finishing such as trimming, folding and preparing jobs for deliveries &  dealing with cash. Maintain a clean and tidy department. Adhere to any other reasonable duties as and when requested by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Adobe products advantageous, clear & confident communicator, good listener with excellent attention to detail, demonstrate a can-do attitude, PC literate, logical problem solver.

START/ END DATES: An immediate start right through to the start of September – for the successful candidate, this may be extended after this date as we can offer flexibility.
